I think it should be legal

In my opinion cannabis should be legal for both usage for medical reasons and recreational use. If so there must be a regulation on who will grow, on who will supply or sell it and for who consume both for medicinal reasons or for recreational use. These are my opinion how can be regulate legal Cannabis:

• Who cultivate and grow cannabis for personal use or commercial must be licenced.
• Must be a limit of plants for personal use for every crop.
• Both personal users and commercial growers must register the weight of every seasonal dried crop.
• Every licenced dispensary or shop where cannabis is  being sold must register the weight of the supplied dried cannabis from the grower.
• Who consume cannabis both for medical and recreational use must be registred.
• Every gram of cannabis that is being sold from a  licenced dispensary or shop must be registred and register to whom is being sold.
• There must be a limit of how much a user can buy every month.
• There must be an age limit for who can register. This is only my opinion but I think it can work smooth.
