As we all know Marijuana is till today illegal in Malta.
As we all know also Marijuana has still managed to get her way into Malta and is being used by a large number of people.
I believe that the spread of Marijuana got out of hand becasue the in the past years the Government just placed it under the carpet.
I storngly believe that if the govenment impliments a law that states the number of dose that each person could take, and also see it's up's and down's we will face a more postive result. It's usless sending a person who is addicted to Marijuana to Prison. Prison is not going to help these persons. We need to implent a law.
