How to use e-participation in Connected Spaces in Europe ?

The focus of this session will be: How to use e-participation in this specific case, how to include everybody and how to make this e-participation sustainable to use for other cities that also want to develop Connected Spaces?

Thematic focus: youngsters in the age of 16-26, living in Rotterdam, that need to develop skills that are necessary to live on there own. This topic is chosen by young people after personal experience and research. 

Info about the project: Non-governmental organizations from the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, and France are gaining experience in increasing the availability of non-formal education services and are launching the project "Connected spaces of learning in Europe". It will make learning opportunities more accessible for young people and give them ways to track their achievements via Open Badges.
