As a frequent visitor at the youth hub, I would like to suggest some topics to talk about during the sessions held. As teenagers, sometimes we tend to get lost or loose motivation at somepoint, thats why I think it would be helpful to talk about finding and getting to know ourselves. I would love to have also some session about relaxation techniques and how to meditate. Furthermore, I would like to hear and discuss relationship stuff and the best way on how to deal with breakups and moving on. I think it’s an interesting topic as alot of teenagers suffer from it during some point and we can also help friends dealing with this, if not us.
