Indeed, you shared that some events work very well (Summer universities), but then it is sometime difficult to keep a core of motivated and commited AEGEEAN...
AEGEE shares also a common vision of the world, it is also commitment and studentes/yungsters can also grow by participating to debates, taking responsabilities...
At the same time party and alcohol always work...
It seems, the main question is how keep the balance between these 2 sides ? What ideas to make the later a "trampolin" to the former one?
What is the importance of quality of recuitement? quality vs. quantity? Which channels? and so on are other opnions raised during the session.
