HOW TO BUILD A SUCCESSFUL NETWORK in ePARTICIPATION PROJECTS

Question

On 3rd OPIN Community webinar David Jinjikhadze from Youth Horizon (Georgia) presented their experiences on how to build a successful network before starting an eParticipation project. Building a strong network, which includes decision-makers, eventually schools, other youth organisations and local institutions, is vital for setting up a project. What are other good practices that you know? What works for you? What are the crucial steps when establishing active and motivated community the in eParticipation projects? Which barriers most commonly occur?
