In this section, I would also include outreach services at post-secondary and tertiary education institutions. Youth hubs and youth centres should be present even more there.

Under this section, one may consider adding the idea of promoting youth tourism both among the Maltese young people as well as welcoming young people from abroad. The infrastructure, networking and activities of youth tourism in our country can be strengthened as a particular niche in the tourism industry. The richness of cultural value of youth tourism is a benefit to our young poeple.
