I think legalisation will be beneficial not only to the community that need the herb as a medicine, but also to the large community of recreational use. The fact that a person has to meet a drug dealer to buy a plant for personal use is really not good in a modern society.
Many studies have been made that cannabis is not addictive and also helps everyone as our bodies use the endocannabinoid system to regulate a lot of physological asspects including, sleeping, appetite, mood and memory.
Apart from the health benefits the country would open it's mind about this outdated law of banning a completely harmless plant and start making money out of taxes.
I think ther should be an age limit of maybe 18 years as there is with other substances like tabacco and alchohol. Also I believe that the same rules for tabacco should apply, like not smoking indoors or around minors.
