რატომ ვართ OPIN-ის ნაწილი
CPJ is an institution designed to increase dialogue between local representatives and Parisian youth. With this in mind, every 2 years 100 youngsters are randomly drawn on a voluntary basis, to discuss the main topics of the city and give their proposals. Divided in working groups, CPJ gathers twice a year during plenary assemblies.
As more than 700 young Parisians volunteered to be part of the council. We believe, it's necessary to widen CPJ's representativeness in order to include as much as possible Parisian youth.
That is why OPIN has immediately drawn our attention. Plus, as a youth organization we think youth participation is essential to build better policies and increase their legitimacy.

We will use Mobile Polling to have a better sense of young Parisians opinion on several topics, such as the remodeling of Bastille's Square, and thus be able to bring their views to the municipality.
We will also use idea collection within the CPJ and outside. Within the CPJ idea collection will be used to strengthen the bounds between our working groups and to prepare our plenary assemblies. More generally, we will use it to develop ideation among Parisian youth and so, involve them in our processes.

CPJ is an exchange and concertation body between Parisian youth and councilors. Composed by 100 members between 15 and 30 years-old, randomly drawn, it enables youth to get involves in municipal policies. OPIN will be used to extend and enhance the youth participation beyond CPJ members.
