Its commonly known how many people smoke weed in malta, locals and tourists. Right now the profit of selling weed is going to shady dealers, wouldnt be better if that huge ammount of money would be going to our country? Look at what happened to the Netherlands by legalising it, i recently was there and was amazed at how far ahead of us as a society they are. I propose we legalise it and tax it the same way we do cigarettes and alcohol. I think it should have an 18+ limit, and there should be similar laws as there are for alcohol.
