Migration of offline youth information (services) to a one-stop-online-shop

We are preparing an Erasmus+ project in order to offer a core-app with flexible modules responding to information needs of young people. Keywords:

• European youth card
• Information
• Artificial intelligence
• Peer-to-peer youth information
• Mentoring on different hot topics
• And probably much more ;)

I am looking for partners and/or feedback so we submit a project to Erasmus that aims for the best possible result for a European app and can respond to local setting's needs through individual modules.
